Good news! The PTO is finally close to approving the vendor and work plan for the new A/V system in the cafeteria. This would complete the promise of our Spring Fundraiser last year where we raised part of the funds for the project. If we can continue our momentum, we’ll have the new A/V system installed for the Spring play in early March.
In order to fully fund the project, PTO bylaws require two special meetings of the general membership. The first meeting to be informed of the project and funding sources. The second meeting to vote to approve the funding.
Please consider attending one or both of the meetings to learn more about the project, its funding and have your vote count. Meetings should last about 15 minutes and kids are welcome.
Meeting 1: Friday, January 23 @ 1:30pm in the School Cafeteria.
Meeting 2: Thursday, January 29 @7pm in the Library
