Passport Club

Can you identify South Sudan on a blank world map? How about Egypt or Nicaragua? passport-club

This voluntary before-school club provides a fun way to study and learn geography. Kids receive world maps each month to study on their own time. Each month there are five levels of study and students can choose to learn one level or all five.

The fun comes as students line up the last Wednesday of the month in the cafeteria to grab their Passport and be tested by parent volunteers. Results are tallied and at the end of the year, all students who participate at least three times are invited to join in a real “worldly” celebration with prizes for those who have shown themselves to be true geography whizzes through the year!

Testing begins at 8:00 a.m. and goes until 8:30 a.m. in the school cafeteria on the designated test days.
