The date is set: Wednesday, June 3, 2015. The leadership team is in place. The kids are no doubt excited. What we need now are a bunch of volunteers to help make it a success!
The 2015 Field Day leadership team is recruiting RP volunteers who can work in shifts for Field Day. If you are avaible to work one of the shifts, please contact Mark Hanken at email@example.com
1. Set Up Team Shift: 7:00am to 9:00am
2. Morning Shift: 8:30am to 12noon (includes some final set up) – see schedule above for the classes that will be participating
3. Afternoon Shift: 12noon to 3:30pm (includes tear down) – see schedule above for the classes that will be participating
4. All Day Shift: 8:30am to 3:30pm (lunch provided for all day volunteers)
NOTE: If you worked a certain station in 2014 (or years prior) and would like to work that again, please mention that. We will do our best to place people with interests/skills (but no guarantees).
