Come cheer on your students as they run to raise money for our school! To make sure you don't miss a single lap, we are using the new EventSafe system through Raptor for a faster, smoother check-in.

The Critical Step: Open your text/email confirmation and download the app via Apple App Store or Google Play Store to your phone. Sign in and complete the registration process.

⚠️ Pro-Tips for a Smooth Arrival:
IMPORTANT: Don't Skip the App: You must download the app to access your QR code. Without it, you’ll need to complete the full manual sign-in process, which will delay your entry to the assembly.
Arrive Early: Please aim to arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time to help keep the flow moving.
Spectator Guide: Where to Go & What to Know
We can’t wait to have you cheering from the sidelines! To keep our students safe and our school day running smoothly, please follow these guidelines for the Jog-A-Thon:
Entry Point: Please DO NOT ENTER THROUGH THE MAIN SCHOOL BUILDING. Instead, follow the outdoor signs toward the north sidewalk by the staff parking lot.
Sign-In: All spectators are required to check in at the station located near that north entrance before heading to the track.
Cheer Zone: We have a designated spectator area in the grass near the north portables and along the north side of the track. This helps us keep the playground clear for other students who will be having their regularly scheduled recess throughout the day.
Spectators vs. Volunteers Please note that district policies differ for these two roles:
Spectators: You do not need a background check. You simply need to sign in at our event station and follow the onsite security protocols.
Volunteers: If you are helping manage the event (rather than just watching), you must be approved through the district’s volunteer application system and background check.
