RPASCA

Raleigh Park After School Care Association (RPASCA) is an independent nonprofit organization providing licensed childcare services for families of Raleigh Park Elementary — right here on school grounds! RPASCA is one of only two remaining independent non-profit aftercare providers in our district. RPASCA is governed by a small group of volunteer parent board members and staffed by experienced, professional, and dedicated caregivers.

RPASCA is currently at capacity for After School Care, and All Day Care is finished for the 25-26 school year. Summer Camp spots are available for all students in the community from grades K-5. Campers do not need to be Raleigh Park students to register.

RPASCA will be open for the 2026- 2027 school year. Registration opens on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 8 AM.

Please note that RPASCA typically fills up quickly and runs at capacity with a waitlist. Once we reach capacity, we will communicate that we are full and begin a waitlist. All registrations are time-stamped, and you must be registered on the waitlist.

RPASCA, in collaboration with the Raleigh Park PTO, is proud to offer the Tiger Cub Scholarship. This need-based scholarship provides partial tuition assistance to families in need. We ask that you submit your Tiger Cub application by July 15th each year. Most funds are allocated before the school year begins; however, if funds remain, applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. Additionally, we are affiliated with the State of Oregon childcare assistance programs, such as DHS and ERDC, to further support families.
