OPTION SCHOOLS INFORMATION

Beaverton students in grades 6-12 have the opportunity to investigate the learning option that best fits their academic needs. Students can choose their neighborhood school or one of the Learning Option schools in the Beaverton School District. 

The lottery application window for the 2022-23 school year opens Monday, October 18, 2021 and closes Friday, December 10, 2021.

Services might change as the year progresses, so check out the latest offerings from our local West Slope Community Library on their website.

Help for All Grades: WCCLS offers live tutoring, homework help, online reference materials, e-books, writing help, and much more. Find resources by grade level.

Homework Help: WCCLS brings you the free Brainfuse HelpNow service. Kids and teens can access live online tutoring and other assistance in language arts, math, science, social studies, and writing, as well as tools for collaboration and individual study.

Accessible Distance Learning Resources: Distance learning can present extra challenges for students experiencing disabilities. FACTOregon has created toolkits to guide parents and caregivers through what to expect from special education and distance learning.
